Location: 1701 E. Grand Ave., Hot Springs, AR 71901, USA

Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week as needed, working 1 hour before and 1 hour after park hours. Nights, weekends, and holiday availability is required. Schedule is subject to change due to special events or holiday traffic.

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Smarte Carte, Inc. is the leading concessionaire of self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers and massage chairs, as well as other passenger and guest services. Smarte Carte is headquartered in St. Paul, MN and has operations in multiple countries.

JOB DUTIES:

Locker Attendants are responsible for assisting guests with locker rental, including operation, troubleshooting issues, cleaning locker areas, and cash handling. Training will be provided to qualified candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting guests with locker rentals and enhancing their overall experience
  • Maintaining policy and procedure expectations
  • Regular contact with Manager
  • Ensuring a safe working environment
  • Maintaining positive relationships with facility management
  • Other assignments as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work varied shifts
  • Working knowledge of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Responsible and mature work ethic

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Lift 40 lbs. to waist height
  • Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.
  • Bend, stoop, walk, and stand for long periods

SKILLS:
