Reports To: The Lockbox Processing Clerk will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.
Job Summary: The Lockbox Processing Clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payments and documents received via mail. This role involves opening mail, operating scanning equipment, and performing other duties typical of a lockbox processing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Additionally, the Lockbox Processing Clerk will be responsible for meeting production and quality standards set by the company.
