Responsibilities

• Operate gates, valves, and related equipment for traffic and pool levels.
• Plan long-term repairs and prioritize projects for reliable operations.
• Perform supervisory duties: set performance expectations, appraisals, counseling, and awards.
• Lead safety meetings, hazard analysis, and accident reporting.
• Provide technical advice to perform work efficiently within budgets.
