Job summary

Celebration Church in Central Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Associate Location Pastor to oversee Groups, Connections, and Outreach at a designated church location, while fulfilling pastoral responsibilities. The ALP will support the Location Pastor, lead staff, promote growth initiatives, coordinate events, and partner with attendees and Dream Team members to foster a thriving church community.

• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent seminary/related experience).
• Minimum two years pastoral experience (or equivalent church/ministry experience).
• Advanced Biblical training is a plus.
• Experience communicating from the platform.

Responsibilities

• Carry and implement the vision and culture of Celebration Church.
• Lead Groups & Connections to foster community and spiritual growth.
• Coordinate with central ministry staff to ensure processes run well at the location.
• Pastor and care for attendees to support development and wellbeing.
• Oversee weekend services and platform speaking as rostered.
• Maintain confidentiality and accountability within Dream Team leadership.
