Responsibilities

• Monitor all plant employees' work schedules and report details to head office.
• Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
• Recruit and interview new employees to grow the business.
• Monitor production (KPIs) to ensure schedule adherence and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with head office to expedite materials, documents, and customer expectations.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
