Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Location Manager (Temporary) to oversee operations at a busy parking site. The role focuses on staff supervision, safety, client relations, and revenue controls. It is a one-year temporary assignment with potential to become permanent based on performance.

Strong leadership and parking-industry experience are preferred. The position reports to the General Manager and offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; MS Office experience required.
• Experience in account management and revenue collection is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience in parking operations is preferred.
• Experience with Skidata PARCS system is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• US work authorization; E-Verify participation required.
• Background check will be conducted as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise location staff, delegate, coach, monitor performance, and ensure policy compliance.
• Recruit, select, and train new employees; develop onboarding plans.
• Serve as main client contact; attend meetings and respond to requests.
• Oversee facility maintenance; ensure cleanliness, safety, and standards.
• Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss.
• Review profit and loss statements and adjust to meet budget goals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports.
• Address guest questions, problems, and escalated concerns professionally.
• Respond immediately to accidents, safety concerns, or incidents.

Description

The Location Manager ensures safe and efficient parking operations, while delivering a service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Location Manager is responsible for all aspects of operating the parking facility including staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations.

This is a temporary one-year position with the potential to become a regular full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the supervision of location staff including: delegating, coaching/developing, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all company standards.
2. Recruit, select, and train new employees; develop onboarding plan for new employees to ensure success.
3. Act as the main point of contact to client or Property Manager; attend location meetings as appropriate, and respond to client requests in order to develop and maintain a good working relationship.
4. Monitor maintenance of the facility and associated premises to ensure that the garage/lot is clean, safe, and maintained to standards; supervise on-going maintenance projects to ensure quality and timely completion.
5. Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss through theft, error, or carelessness.
6. Review profit and loss statements, adjustments, and variance reports on a monthly basis; make adjustments as necessary to achieve budget goals.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required.
8. Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; address escalated concerns from guests.
9. Immediately respond to reports of accidents, incidents or safety concerns.
10. Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 18 years of age
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in account management and revenue collection
• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous experience in the parking industry, preferred
• Previous experience using the Skidata PARCS system
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
