Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role.
• At least 3 years of P&L responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills; ability to analyze reports to improve processes and business outcomes.
• Experience with sales and customer interaction is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely.
