Job summary

Dave's World in Windham, ME is seeking a Location Manager to oversee daily branch operations and lead multiple teams. You will manage customer service, dispatch, installation, service, plumbing, and electrical functions while maintaining schedules and processes for peak efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of management in home services, strong HVAC knowledge, and a proven ability to coach staff, drive results, and maintain exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home services industry.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and terminology.
• Experience leading customer service, dispatch, and office operations.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, invoicing, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while supporting the Regional Manager.
• Oversee the Customer Service, Dispatch, Installation, Service, Plumbing, and Electrical teams.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop office staff while creating a positive, accountable culture.
• Keep the installation calendar full and ensure service and installation schedules are optimized for efficiency.
• Coordinate technician workloads and maintain dispatch procedures to maximize productivity.
• Schedule sales consultations and installations while partnering with the sales team.
• Respond to customer concerns and ensure every customer receives a five-star experience.
• Collect customer payments and assist with financing applications when needed.
• Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Reconcile invoices for parts, materials, and office supplies.
• Coordinate fleet and van maintenance to keep technicians on the road.
• Monitor branch performance, report key metrics, and help drive revenue and operational goals.
• Maintain an organized, professional office environment and ensure administrative functions are completed accurately and on time.
