Job summary

Marvin is seeking a DC Loader to load and unload trucks, with occasional trailer transport on our Windsor facility property. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in paperwork, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am–4:00 pm, paying $25 per hour with overtime as needed. Ideal candidates will hold a CDL, meet DOT requirements, be at least 21, and work well both with a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL; minimum 1 year CDL driving experience.
• Ability to meet all DOT requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 85 lbs.
• Must acquire forklift/industrial vehicle licenses if required for role.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks by hand in a safe manner with proper scanning and paperwork.
• Relocate, transport, and stage for loading to meet goals.
• Collaborate with receiving and shipping to maintain yard checks.
• Complete Electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports for tractors and trailers.
• Maintain DOT and Marvin regulations.

Highlights of your role

• Load trucks by hand in an organized and safe manner, ensuring all products are scanned properly to the truck, department data is accurately recorded, and paperwork is completed thoroughly.
• Relocate, transport, and stage for loading and unloading to meet required receiving, production and shipping goals.
• Partner with receiving and shipping teams to maintain detailed yard checks.
• Complete Electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports on tractor and trailer equipment to ensure road worthiness.
• Maintain all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Marvin regulations.

Enjoy a comfortable schedule

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
