Job summary

Interlaken, Inc. is a growing site and utility excavation contractor serving the Portland metro area. We are seeking experienced laborers to join our TEAM, with full-time local work and prevailing wage opportunities.

The role requires a valid driver license, OSHA 10, flagger and CPR cards, and hands-on experience with underground construction and heavy machinery. You will perform machine maintenance, grade checks, and support safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of underground construction experience.
• Capable of checking grade.
• Proficient with excavators, backhoes and other heavy machinery.
• Proficient with small tools.
• HS Diploma or greater.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 10.
• Flagger Card.
• CPR Card.
• Self-motivated and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance of machines and vehicles.
• Check grade.
• Operate pipe/grade laser as needed.
• Shovel by hand when necessary.
• Paperwork when required.
• Promote a safe work place.
