Job summary

Intuit seeks a Tax Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation and personalized consultations. You will partner with specialists to address complex client needs, expand the local client base, and promote Intuit solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hrs/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 schedule.
• Willing to complete training and comply with company requirements.
• Willing to wear uniforms and appear in advertising materials.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence in community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Inteut ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver excellent service and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Engage with clients in person and via TurboTax video tools.
