Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks Tax-expert professionals to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide, handling full‑service tax preparation and expert advice for personal and business taxes.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end financial solutions and help grow the local TurboTax client base. You will build relationships, deliver tailored recommendations, and participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns each season using pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; advertising image use may apply.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead discovery sessions, review taxes, uncover deductions, and offer future planning advice.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as part of a unified Intuit team.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
