Your Role:

As a Local Truck Driver at PTG Logistics, you will:

• Transport finished goods and raw materials safely and efficiently between our manufacturing plants and distribution centers.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, ensuring safety and mechanical soundness.
• Maintain accurate logs of your work/rest periods and mileage, while complying with all relevant regulations.
• Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions, ensuring secure transport of goods.
• Communicate effectively to collect and verify delivery instructions, promptly reporting any defects or incidents.

What You'll Need:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Non-CDL License and 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Meet PTG's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to lift and move products and pallets weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations and 1 at-fault accident in the past 3 years; no DUIs in the last 5 years.
• Hands-on experience with electronic equipment (GPS, ELD, etc.) and strong organizational skills.
