Job Description

Class A Local Truck Driver – Hudson, NY

This is a full-time, hourly position with a $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus.

Weekends, nights, and holidays will be required to ensure timely deliveries to our customers. A Class A CDL is required. This location primarily hauls pneumatic trailers.

Essential Job Functions

1. The driver must plan trips, considering breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, weather, traffic, construction, and driving conditions in both city and rural areas.
2. The driver will operate their equipment for several hours at a time, responsible for safely loading, unloading, and transporting products according to ADM and customer requirements.
3. Follow all government, company, and customer policies and regulations, including FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL, and GMP.

Preferred Candidates Will Meet the Following Criteria:

• Be 24 years of age or older.
• Have at least one year of verifiable OTR or local tractor-trailer experience in the last seven years.
• Hold a Class A Commercial Driver's License; Tanker Endorsement preferred.
• Commit to ADM’s goal of zero injuries and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
• Have no more than one chargeable accident or moving violation in the last three years.
• Have no D.U.I., D.U.S., or open container convictions in the last 7 years.
• Have no positive controlled substance or alcohol tests from prior employment.

Additional requirements include successful completion of a DOT physical, drug screen, lift test, and background check.

Compensation

The expected pay range is $74,256.00 - $108,983.16, depending on experience and market factors. Overtime pay applies for qualifying hours.
