Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Driver - SCM to operate tractor-trailer and perform intrastate/interstate deliveries for food products. You will load, transport, and unload goods, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely delivery at customer sites.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, route adherence, proper documentation, and adherence to DOT rules. Join a team focused on reliable service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 12+ months commercial tractor/trailer experience.
• Valid CDL-A; 21+ years old.
• DOT Health Card current or ability to obtain.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Able to lift 10–35 lb and up to 60–90 lb with equipment.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Reports safety issues and repairs; follows DOT guidelines.
• Inspects trailer and ensures proper loading.
• Delivers orders according to route schedule; unloads items.
• Completes required freight paperwork accurately.
• Locks/secures tractor, trailer and freight.
• Maintains daily hours-of-service logs per DOT rules.
• Performs housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
