This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

Job Details:

1. $0.54-$0.58 cents per mile
2. No touch stop pay: $30 per stop
3. Driver assist stop pay: $45 per stop
4. Doubles loads: $25 per load
5. Outsource work: $200-$400 per day
6. New hire training pay: $20 per hour. $30 per hour for overtime
7. Holiday pay: $300 per day
8. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $86,233
9. Daily home time
10. Onsite management
11. Paid online orientation
