This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

• $0.47- $0.57per mile
• Detention pay per hour: $20 - $28
• Drop and hook per stop: $50
• Live load/unload per stop: $75
• Refrigerated per load: $40
• Crosstown per load: $25
• Empty search per hour: $20
• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
• Mechanical tractor repositioning:$20
• Truck order not used: $30
• Waiting on truck per hour: $20
• Yard checks per hour: $20
• Safety training pay per hour: $20
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $75,000 - $77,000
