This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

• $0.52- $0.59per mile
• Detention pay: $23 - $28per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $30per stop
• Live load/unload: $60 per stop
• Refrigerated: $40per load
• Crosstown pay: $25per load
• Empty moves: $25per load
• Empty search: $23per hour
• Mechanical breakdown pay: $23 per hour
• Truck order not used: $20per event
• Waiting on truck: $23per hour
• Safety training pay per hour: $23
• Mandatory Meetings: $25 per hour
• Yard Work: $23per hour
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $79,000
