Snider Fleet Solutions is hiring a Local Truck Delivery Driver in Mississippi. This local, hourly position offers home every night and utilizes a 26' truck to deliver tires and wheels to customers. You will load/unload, handle paperwork, maintain safety, and communicate with customers and management about schedules and issues.

The role emphasizes reliable, professional service and adherence to company policies while supporting warehouse staff and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 1+ years of experience in related role is preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background screening and be insurable by company standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26' foot truck to deliver tires and wheels.
• Ensure proper loading/unloading and accurate paperwork.
• Maintain a safe driving record and follow safety rules.
• Keep vehicle clean, stocked, and maintained.
• Communicate schedules, delays, violations, accidents, or breakdowns to customers and management.
• Support warehouse/service staff as needed.

• This is a local, hourly position that allows you to be home every night**

Snider Fleet Solutions is hiring a Local Truck Delivery Driver to pick up and deliver customer tires and wheels using a 26' truck (up to 26,000 lbs). This is a customer-facing role that follows assigned routes and schedules. Safe driving, reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication are key to getting the job done right and keeping customers satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26' foot truck to deliver commercial tires, wheels, and other items
• Ensure proper loading/unloading of inventory and ensuring paperwork is correct
• Maintain a safe driving record, follow all safety rules/PPE requirements, and conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
• Keep truck clean, stocked, and maintained
• Support warehouse/service staff with tire handling and equipment use
• Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding schedules, delays, violations, accidents, or breakdowns
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and adherence to policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• At least 1+ years of experience (preferably within the industry)
• Must have a clean driving record
• Ability to pass backgrounds screening and insurable by company standards

Certificates And Licenses

• Valid Driver's License and must be insurable to drive by company standards
• DOT Medical Certification (upon hire)

• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to use road maps, smart phones, and GPS devices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraintsMust be able to work in a results-oriented fast-paced environment
