Job summary

Crafted Staff is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent for restaurant projects in South Florida. The role focuses on field leadership, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedule, ensuring safety and quality from mobilization to turnover.

Strong GC background and the ability to own projects end-to-end are essential. The ideal candidate can read drawings, manage RFIs, track progress with Procore, and lead a team across trades while aligning with client requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Restaurant construction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision from mobilization to turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries to maintain schedule.
• Conduct regular meetings and ensure safety and quality.
