Qualifications

• Doctorate or master's degree with clinical execution experience.
• Leadership experience managing teams, projects, or resources.
• Experience in clinical operations and vendor oversight.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and country stakeholders.
• Experience leading country-wide study portfolios and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead LSOM development and ensure trial implementation aligns with global strategies.
• Oversee LSOM portfolio delivery from feasibility to study close-out.
• Monitor portfolio progress, provide risk and quality oversight, and escalate issues.
• Manage LSOM and LSOM vendor performance to guarantee high-quality execution.
• Mentor, train, and support LSOMs to prepare them for managing complex trials.
• Build and maintain a high-performing team.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between study strategy and local teams.
• Promote country-wide alignment on trial deliverables and decisions.
• Evaluate risks, quality trends, and resource needs; implement mitigations.
• Drive operational efficiency and share best practices.
• Allocate resources across LSOMs (FSP and FTE) to optimize trials.
• Ensure regulatory and quality standards are followed.
• Coordinate with country head and stakeholders on escalations.
