• Assist Managing Partner and team in creating and implementing local store marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, counts, and sales.
• Promote in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards) and coordinate marketing activities.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and neighboring retailers.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to position the brand as a community leader.
• Coordinate public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Communicate program results and plans to the team and employees.
