Jones Sign Company is seeking a skilled Local Sign Installer to support installations across Wisconsin from our De Pere shop. You will install architectural elements, signage, and related fixtures for high-profile projects with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Travel to local job sites within Wisconsin.
• Proven experience in large-scale installations and construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Welding experience and certification preferred.
• Crane, bucket truck or boom lift operation preferred; NCCCO ideal.
• Class A license preferred, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute local installs in high-rise, complex, and commercial projects.
• Assemble, install, weld and secure signs and architectural elements per scope of work.
• Lead daily operations, setting an example and working with the team to meet goals.
• Ensure installations are safe, on time, within budget, and high quality.
• Collaborate with fabrication and project management for seamless execution.
• Travel to/from job sites throughout Northeast Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
• Operate cranes, lifts, excavators, rough terrain forklifts, and other equipment as needed.
• Dig footings and complete concrete work per specifications.
• Complete electrical wiring as required and per regulations.
• Read blueprints and follow construction drawings.

We are looking for a good strong Local Installer to join our Jones team in De Pere, WI.

Location: This position is based out of our shop in De Pere, WIandwill support localized installations and services throughout the state of Wisconsin.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Field Installer to join our team. You will be crucial part of our local success in executing and supporting local commercial sign projects that millions will see.

You will support the installation of architectural elements, building facades, illuminated and non-illuminated signs, digital signs, scoreboards, and more.

Our work is proudly displayed at Lambeau Field, Fiserv Forum, American Family Field, City of De Pere and too many other local businesses to name.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute local installs in:

• Assemble, install, weld and secure various types of signs, fixtures, façade and/or architectural elements per scope of work.


• Actively engage in daily operations, leading by example and working alongside team members to achieve project goals.


• Ensure all installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


• Collaborate with fabrication and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of construction projects.


• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, focusing on construction safety protocols.


• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.


• Travel to/from job sites throughout the Northeast Wisconsin and outer areas.


• Ability to operate construction equipment such as cranes, lifts, excavators, rough terrain forklifts, etc. a definite plus.


• Coordinate and dig footings and complete concrete work per specifications.


• Complete electrical wiring as required and as permitted by regulations.


• Vast understanding and ability to use large variety of power tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Travel to/from local job sites in the state of Wisconsin.


• Proven experience in large-scale, complex installations and construction projects.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. (MacGyver traits are helpful)


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Welding experience and certification preferred.


• Crane, bucket truck or boom lift operation experience preferred:

• Class A driver license preferred, or the ability to get one:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Physically able to lift and move without restrictions.


• Blueprint reading experience.


• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.


• Experience operating construction equipment and power tools preferred.
