Job summary

RRD Company in West Bend, WI, is seeking a Packaging Specialist to assist with daily shipping department activities, including receiving, packing, and loading printed products. The role supports manufacturing and ensures compliance with customer specifications and SLAs.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, hourly pay in the 19–22.22 range. Responsibilities include verifying documents, preparing bills of lading, and maintaining records, while utilizing forklifts and material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is preferred.
• 3+ years in administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing.
• Strong information systems knowledge (tracking/inventory/reporting).
• Very good knowledge of computers and software programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Shipments handling, receiving, packing, and loading using carriers.
• Check goods against documents, prepare bills of lading, and post shipping charges.
• Receive materials: unload trucks, verify against bills of lading, maintain records.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely shipments and optimize costs.
