Job summary

Clickrush is seeking an SEO Specialist to own the organic search performance for a portfolio of local and service-area businesses. You will run audits, develop keyword strategies, and optimize pages to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions.

You will work with content, design, and development teams to implement plans and monitor results. The role requires hands-on experience with Search Console, GA4, and keyword research platforms, plus strong writing skills and a testing mindset to

Qualifications

Hands-on experience improving organic visibility for real businesses.
Familiar with Google Search Console, GA4, and keyword research tools.
Strong written communication and ability to explain strategies clearly.
Comfort with testing: form hypotheses, measure, and iterate.

Responsibilities

Run full technical SEO audits and prioritize fixes by crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
Build keyword and topic strategies around how real customers search in each client's market.
Optimize service pages, location pages, and supporting content for search intent and conversions.
Manage and improve Google Business Profile listings, categories, and local ranking signals.
Plan and support content briefs that answer the questions prospects actually ask.
Track rankings, traffic, and leads, and report on what moved and what we do next.
Stay current on search changes—including AI-driven results—and adapt strategy accordingly.
