Local SEO & SEO Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Marketing
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience
Location: On-site (Marion, IN)
Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Local SEO & SEO Specialist to lead organic search strategy across our growing portfolio of businesses and locations.
This position will be responsible for improving visibility in Google Search, Google Maps, Bing, Apple Maps, and emerging AI-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate understands both traditional SEO and local SEO and knows how to turn rankings and organic traffic into actual phone calls, leads, booked appointments, and revenue.
This is not simply a content-writing position. We are looking for someone who understands how technical SEO, website optimization, local search, Google Business Profiles, citations, content, backlinks, analytics, and conversion optimization work together.
This is a full-time, on-site position. The selected candidate must be available to work in person at our office during regular business hours. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track organic leads, phone calls, booked jobs, conversions, and revenue.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush and other SEO platforms to evaluate performance.
