Job summary

Atlanta Flooring Design Centers in Suwanee, GA is seeking a full-time Warehouse Driver to make local material deliveries using company box trucks, flatbeds and Sprinter vans. Knowledge of manual transmission is not required but highly preferred. When not delivering, you will assist with receiving and loading in the warehouse.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Must be 21 or older with a clean MVR and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Clean MVR.
• Must be able to operate automatic transmission vehicles.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment and with floor coverings highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Driver makes local trips for material pick-up and delivery.
• The Driver will operate company owned vehicles such as a box truck, flatbed truck, and Sprinter vans.
• Knowledge of operating a manual transmission vehicle is not required but it is highly preferred.
• He/She will also assist with receiving and loading of material in the warehouse when not making a delivery or pickup.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
