Fastenal seeks a Fulfillment Specialist in Blaine, MN, to manage local delivery routes and replenishments for vending programs. You will handle deliveries, maintain vending equipment, and interact with customers to ensure inventory readiness.

The role emphasizes hands-on stocking, customer interactions, and timely order fulfillment within a branch setting, with a standard full-time schedule and effort to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older due to the nature of work
• Must hold a current full valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Work independently as well as in a team

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs (up to 75lbs)

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
