Fastenal’s Indianapolis branch is seeking a Full-time Fulfillment Specialist. You will deliver inventory solutions, replenish vending equipment, and support daily branch operations with a focus on customer service and accuracy.

Responsibilities include making deliveries, stocking customer sites, processing orders, and maintaining equipment while upholding Fastenal’s values of ambition, integrity and teamwork. This on-site, local-route role runs weekdays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license with ability to meet driving record requirements.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver inventory with a company vehicle to fulfill customer sites.
• Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
• Interact with customers during deliveries.
• Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
• Perform other duties to support branch success.
