Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Non CDL Driver to join our Transportation team in the Norfolk, VA area. You will safely operate a company vehicle and provide excellent service while handling and delivering customer orders.

Responsibilities include safe operation and maintenance of CDL vehicles, timely delivery, accurate paperwork, and collaboration with the operations team to ensure a high level of service. Minimum age 21 with a non CDL license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid non CDL driving license.
• One year of route transportation experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver heavy bins.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company CDL vehicles in compliance with safety and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders and document paperwork accurately along the route.
• Collaborate with operations and customers to ensure smooth delivery and service.
