Job summary

Compass Group is hiring a full-time Route Driver (UTILITY) to service a Fort Walton Beach route, delivering and selling products from company trucks, collecting machine payments, and making change as needed. Schedule is Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 am–4:00 pm.

Pay rate is $25 per hour with a minimum of $1,000 per week or commission, whichever is greater. Essential duties include loading, stocking vending machines, recording transactions, and calling on customers to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and route driving experience.
• Service tech or maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and sell products on a designated route using company truck.
• Collect payments from machines and maintain cash accountability.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and train new route staff.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Ensure safe driving and operation of equipment.
