Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Local Route Driver to join our Operations team. You will safely operate a vehicle, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage a dedicated local route with attention to transport, loading, unloading, and accurate paperwork.

The role requires 1–2 years in route transportation, a valid driver's license with a clean record (minimum 21), and physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of route transportation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; 21+.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment DOT physical and background check.
• Operates a Commercial Box Truck/Mobile Shred Unit/Tipper.
• Average 15+ stops daily.
• Uses wireless scanning to prepare paperwork.
• Strong knowledge of safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain vehicles safely and efficiently per DOT and security standards.
• Manage end-to-end route logistics, including loading, transport, and unloading with paperwork.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely delivery and professional on-road presence.
