Job description

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.

A Customer Service Assistant (CSA) is responsible for loading equipment onto trucks, guiding the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to aircraft, and moving equipment from the truck to the aircraft galley.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assist Customer Service Representative (CSR) in catering aircraft.
  • Guide Customer Service Representative (CSR) to aircraft safely and accurately.
  • Perform quality checks on all assigned flights.
  • Add or subtract meals for assigned flights.
  • Ensure all activities are accomplished according to customer guidelines and safety regulations.
  • Follow directions and work as a team member.
  • Complete pre-trip truck inspections if directed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education :

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience :

  • Up to one-year experience preferred.

Technical Skills : (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

  • Current U.S. driver’s license.

Language / Communication Skills :

  • Ability to read and write to complete forms.
  • Effective communication with supervisors and co-workers.

Requirements of the Job :

  • Work schedule may vary, including weekends and holidays.
  • Overtime may be required.
  • Arrive to work on time.
  • Comply with company policies.
  • Complete paperwork and administrative duties.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Work Environment

  • Exposed to extreme temperatures and noise.
  • Majority of duties performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.
  • Work at heights up to 25 feet or more depending on aircraft.
