Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is hiring a Route Delivery Driver to safely operate company vehicles, deliver products to customer locations, and perform loading/unloading and warehouse tasks as needed. You will handle delivery paperwork, inspections, and maintain a clean vehicle while meeting safety standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic delivery environment with varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of route delivery or transportation experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR; ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service/ interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally at all times.
• Deliver products to specified locations in a timely manner.
• Unload and stack products with customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Complete delivery paperwork and submit required documentation promptly.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle and work area.
• Assist with general warehouse functions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and DOT regulations.
• Remain attentive and operate safely and efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
