Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Route Delivery Driver responsible for safely operating company vehicles to deliver products to customer locations. The role includes loading/unloading, paperwork, and warehouse tasks as needed, with emphasis on safety and timely deliveries.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of route delivery experience, a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of route delivery/transportation experience.
• Valid state driver's license with clean MVR.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally at all times.
• Deliver products to specified locations in a timely manner.
• Unload and stock products with customers in a friendly manner.
• Complete delivery paperwork and submit documentation promptly.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle and work area.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations.

Education

High school diploma or GED

1 year route delivery or transportation experience
