Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a Merchandiser to ensure customer locations are stocked and rotated according to company standards, maintaining back rooms, displays, and availability across stores.

You will develop and preserve relationships with customers while representing Swire Coca-Cola and supporting brand presence in assigned stores. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, weekend availability, and driving within routes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Weekend and holiday work as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products to maintain quality using a first-in, first-out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by supervisor and store management.
• Maintain back rooms/back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner; prepare for return of any unsellable product daily.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
