Job summary

Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a dependable Ready Mix Truck Driver to deliver concrete to commercial and residential sites across assigned routes. You will operate a concrete mixer truck, perform inspections, and maintain safety and quality in every load.

Ideal candidates have a valid CDL, a DOT medical card, and the ability to read and follow detailed instructions. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• CDL class A or B required and valid.
• DOT medical card required.
• 1–2 years related driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates ready mix trucks safely at plants, yards, roads and job sites.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and ensures compliance with mix specs.
• Loads, unloads and pours concrete as directed.
• Maintains clean, safe equipment and work area.
• Communicates effectively with supervisor and customers.
