Job summary

Guadalupe Readymix in Comfort, TX, is hiring a Ready-Mix Truck Driver. You will transport concrete from the batch plant to commercial and residential sites, operate a mixer, and ensure timely, safe deliveries with excellent customer service.

The role requires a CDL, a clean driving record, and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in hot and cold conditions, with up to 70 hours/week at times.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or B with endorsements.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.
• Experience with concrete, mixer trucks, or heavy vehicles helpful.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver truck into loading position and unloading positions at job sites.
• Operate mixer to combine concrete and adjust slump per customer request.
• Fill out delivery paperwork and maintain daily records.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
