GFT Ready Mix is seeking experienced Ready Mix Drivers to join our family-owned company in Gold Canyon, Arizona. We prioritize safety, teamwork, and respect for our drivers. The position offers hourly pay with bonus opportunities, and top performers can earn $32–$35/hr.

This full-time role involves operating a concrete mixer truck for local deliveries with a flexible schedule. We're looking for candidates with at least 6 months of ready mix experience, a safe driving record, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of CDL driving experience required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck.
• Deliver ready mix concrete to various job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service.
