Job summary

The N2 Company seeks a Senior Account Executive (Area Director) to launch and grow a Stroll magazine in your local market. You’ll operate as a local publisher, drive revenue, build partnerships with business owners, and shape a publication reflecting the heart of your community.

Your first months focus on territory setup, building your client base, and then growing a scalable asset you own, blending sales, ownership, and leadership.

Qualifications

• US resident and eligible to work in the United States.
• Hybrid role requiring local engagement and home-office work.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model.
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication.
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
