Job summary

The N2 Company seeks a Senior Account Executive (Area Director) to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll magazine in your local market. You’ll operate as a local publisher, driving revenue, building partnerships with business owners, and shaping a community-forward publication.

Your first months focus on territory setup and client base development, after which you’ll own an asset and scale its growth with support from N2’s national team.

Qualifications

• US Resident required.
• Hybrid (local community engagement + home office).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of the publication.

Responsibilities

• Meet local business owners to establish long-term ad partnerships.
• Build community relationships using a proven engagement model.
• Connect businesses with customers through your Stroll publication.
• Engage homeowners to gather authentic local content.
• Manage territory, pipeline, and publication operations.
• Collaborate with N2's national team for support.
• Lead growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
