Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses on local routes, keeping you home most nights. You will operate trucks, perform daily inspections, and uphold DOT and Ferrellgas safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not need sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
