Job summary

Straitline Transportation, LLC is seeking an energetic Class A CDL Driver to lead our Des Moines, Iowa Operations. The driver will handle loading and unloading on pneumatic and hopper trailers, operate on local routes, and maintain daily communication with on-site customers.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends, averaging 60 hours per week. Pay is per load with a gross weekly average of $1,750–$1,850, plus benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2 years verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Good driving record.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Pneumatic experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload multiple pneumatic and hopper trailers daily.
• Complete local deliveries to Des Moines and surrounding cities.
• Begin and end your day in Des Moines.
• Communicate effectively between Operations and on-site customer.
• Work Monday–Friday with no weekend shifts.
• Average 60 hours per week.
• Get paid per load with gross weekly pay of $1,750–$1,850.

Straitline Transportation, LLC, is looking for an energetic and self-motivated, Class-A CDL Driver to lead our Des Moines, Iowa Operations.

Job Duties Include:

• Loading and Unloading Multiple Pneumatic & Hopper Trailers Daily.
• Complete local deliveries to Des Moines and surrounding cities such as: Ames, Marshalltown, Newton, Storm Lake, Dennison.
• Begin and end your day in Des Moines.
• Communicate effectively between Operations and on-site Customer.
• Monday-Friday.
• No Weekends.
• 60hrs per week on average.
• Per load pay, gross weekly avg of $1750-1850/wk.
