OPC Pest Services is looking for a Pest Control Technician in Louisville to start from home and manage a local route. You’ll earn training pay from $19/hour plus uncapped commissions, with potential to reach $60,000–$80,000+ annually as your route grows.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license throughout employment.
• Must pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers.
• Work with a team to install home encapsulation pest management solutions.
• Inspect properties and recommend solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Manage your route efficiently and independently.
• Identify opportunities to better serve your customers.
• Maintain service documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure excellent customer service.
