Job summary

OPC Pest Services is seeking a Pest Control Technician to start from home, driving a company vehicle to service residential and commercial customers across Kentucky and Southern Indiana.

No pest control experience is required; training is provided. You’ll work independently with a route, build local relationships, and earn uncapped commissions, with year-round full-time employment and growth opportunities in the Louisville area.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in home services preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers.
• Work with a team to install home encapsulation pest management solutions.
• Inspect properties and recommend solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Manage your route efficiently and independently.
• Identify opportunities to better serve your customers.
• Maintain service documentation and reports.
• Work closely with office staff to ensure excellent customer service.
