Job summary

Meta is building a field-forward Local Partnerships team to deepen relationships and positive community impact where our infrastructure lives. We seek a Program Manager to design partnership programs that work across universities, sports, creators, local media, and culture, and to drive cross-functional alignment necessary to bring them to life.

You will turn strategy into executable programs, coordinate with multiple teams, and define processes in a newly forming function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, program management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience designing and running cross-functional programs from concept through execution.
• Experience working across multiple types of partnerships or verticals, rather than a single category.
• Demonstrated experience in driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders and leaders.
• Excellent program management, organizational, and communication skills with ability to prioritize competing work streams.
• Experience operating with ambiguity and building new programs or functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage partnership programs that span multiple partner types (universities, sports, creators, local media, and culture).
• Adapt national programs into scalable local activations.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Local Partnerships Leads and Meta's central partner teams; drive internal alignment across teams.
• Build and maintain the team's operating model, playbooks, and program plans.
• Own strategy and measurements; define goals, track impact, and report to leadership.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and cross-functional execution end to end.
• Provide central support, data, and coordination to the field team to keep community leads focused externally.
