Valet Living in Camarillo, CA is hiring part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work every day.

Qualifications

• Must own either (1) an open-bed pickup truck or (2) a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job; vehicles without an open bed or trailer (including SUVs, sedans, and vans) do not qualify.
• Valid driver’s license
• Auto insurance for the vehicle being used
• You must be 18 years or older
• Smartphone with a data plan to use our work app
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine

Responsibilities

• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces so communities stay clean and welcoming
• Compact and organize trash using company-provided equipment
• Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and complete general porter services
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies
• Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors
