Job summary

AG Globe Services is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a local contract in Hartford, Connecticut. The role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and an 18‑week duration with a starting date of 10/05/2026.

The ideal candidate holds an active CT RN license or is eligible for a compact license, with OR nursing experience and BLS certification. Expect comprehensive perioperative care in a hospital setting, with a bi‑weekly pay schedule and orientation pay.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut or eligible compact license.
• Operating Room/OR nursing experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong perioperative knowledge and sterile technique.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Prepare patients, equipment, and operating rooms for surgical procedures.
• Assist with surgical procedures while maintaining sterile technique.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications per orders and hospital protocols; collaborate with the team.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to infection-control policies.
