Job summary

ABC Millwork and Cabinetry, a division of Lyman Companies within US LBM, seeks a Non CDL Driver for the first shift in Shakopee, MN. The role delivers and unloads materials, loads trucks, and provides excellent customer service on every run.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, be 18+, possess a clean driving record and Class D license, and be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a safety‑mocused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Clean driving record and Class D license required.
• Experience driving preferred, lumber dumping experience a plus.
• Ability to do basic math, read orders, and complete forms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Knowledge of safe lifting techniques.
• Must maintain ongoing driving qualifications and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operates van safely.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Delivers materials to customers’ satisfaction and obtains signatures.
• Checks orders for accuracy and coordinates with supervisor on loads.
• Maintains good housekeeping in yard and warehouse.
• Completes delivery tickets and basic paperwork.
• Provides excellent customer service and communicates messages.
• Follows all company policies and training requirements.
