Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises LLC in Macon, GA is seeking a delivery driver to transport and unload materials, maintain accurate delivery records, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires DOT compliance, a valid CDL/driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay starting at $18 per hour with potential for an hourly bonus, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading and ensure delivery ticket is attached.
• Pickup customer returns and validate product for credit.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel vehicle as needed; report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling/packing orders and receiving, verifying, stocking materials.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Wear PPE and follow safety rules including weight limits of equipment.
